Returns Eligibility
You may request a return for eligible items within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Jewelry must be returned unworn and in its sealed packaging.
  • Accessories and athletic wear must not show signs of wear, washing, or damage.
  • Sale or clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Return Request Process
To initiate a return, please contact our support team at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return.
Once approved, you will receive return instructions, including the return address.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Layna Couture is not responsible for lost or undelivered returns.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • A refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the return.
  • You will receive a confirmation once the refund has been issued.

Please note: shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please follow the return process and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected] with your order number and a clear photo of the item. We will resolve the issue promptly.
